SeretGram Privacy Policy
בקצרה:
- סרט גרם היא מרכז מדיה לסרטונים שבחשבון הטלגרם שלכם, ולערוצי טלוויזיה חיה מרשימות שאתם מוסיפים. היא פועלת באנדרואיד TV, בטלפון ובטאבלט, וב-Windows.
- החיבור לטלגרם, אינדקס המדיה, היסטוריית הצפייה, ההורדות וההגדרות נשמרים במכשיר. איננו מקבלים את המידע שבחשבון הטלגרם שלכם.
- אין פרסומות, אנליטיקה או מעקב. סרט גרם לא מוחקת, לא עורכת ולא שולחת הודעות בחשבון שלכם.
- כדי לפעול היא פונה ישירות לטלגרם, לשירות הרישוי PWFAuth (מפתח ומזהה מכשיר מגובב), לשירותי מידע על סרטים וכתוביות (שמות הסרטים), ול-GitHub לעדכונים.
In short:
- SeretGram is a media centre for the videos in your own Telegram account, and for live-TV channels from playlists you add. It runs on Android TV, phones and tablets, and Windows.
- Your Telegram session, media index, watch history, downloads and settings stay on the device. We do not receive the data in your Telegram account.
- No ads, analytics or tracking. SeretGram never deletes, edits or sends messages in your account.
- To work it connects directly to Telegram, to the PWFAuth licensing service (key plus a hashed device ID), to movie-information and subtitle services (titles), and to GitHub for updates.

סרט גרם (SeretGram) מפותחת ומופצת על ידי ישראל כהן, מפתח עצמאי (עוסק יחיד) מישראל ("אנחנו", "אנו"). אנחנו "בעל השליטה במאגר" / "בקר הנתונים" (Controller) לגבי המידע האישי המתואר במדיניות זו, לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 ותקנותיו, ובמידה שהוא חל, לפי התקנה הכללית להגנת מידע של האיחוד האירופי (GDPR).
SeretGram is developed and published by Israel Cohen, an independent developer (sole proprietor) based in Israel ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. חשבון הטלגרם שלכםYour Telegram account
אתם מתחברים לחשבון הטלגרם שלכם בסריקת קוד QR מהטלפון, או במספר טלפון, בקוד שטלגרם שולחת (לרבות בדוא"ל) ובסיסמת אימות דו-שלבי אם הגדרתם. כל אלה עוברים ישירות לטלגרם דרך ספריית TDLib הרשמית של טלגרם, ולא אלינו. טלגרם מקבלת גם את דגם המכשיר, גרסת האפליקציה ושפת המערכת, כמו מכל אפליקציית טלגרם. על החשבון חלה מדיניות הפרטיות של טלגרם.
You sign in to your own Telegram account by scanning a QR code with your phone, or with your phone number, the code Telegram sends (including by email) and your two-step verification password if you set one. These go directly to Telegram through Telegram's official TDLib library, not to us. Telegram also receives the device model, app version and system language, as with any Telegram app. Telegram's privacy policy applies to your account.
סרט גרם קוראת, מזרימה ומאנדקסת מדיה. היא לא מוחקת, לא עורכת ולא שולחת הודעות. השינוי היחיד שהיא עשויה לבצע בחשבון הוא "עוד לצפייה": רק אם תאשרו זאת במפורש, היא מוסיפה לחשבון תיקיית ערוצים ציבוריים שבחרנו ומצטרפת לערוצים שבה. אפשר לעזוב אותם בכל עת בטלגרם.
SeretGram reads, streams and indexes media. It never deletes, edits or sends messages. The only change it may make to your account is "More to watch": only if you explicitly agree, it adds a folder of public channels we chose to your account and joins the channels in it. You can leave them at any time in Telegram.

To end the session, sign out in the app, end the session from Telegram's Active sessions list, or uninstall the app.

באנדרואיד גיבוי האפליקציה לענן כבוי (allowBackup=false). ב-Windows הנתונים נשמרים בתיקייה %LOCALAPPDATA%\SeretGram; בהסרת התוכנה הם נשמרים כברירת מחדל, ואפשר לבחור למחוק אותם.
On Android, cloud backup of the app's data is turned off (allowBackup=false). On Windows, data is kept in %LOCALAPPDATA%\SeretGram; uninstalling keeps it by default, and you can choose to delete it.
4. שירותים שהאפליקציה פונה אליהםServices the app connects to
הפניות יוצאות ישירות מהמכשיר שלכם. כל שירות רואה את כתובת ה-IP ואת שם האפליקציה וגרסתה כמו בכל פנייה לאינטרנט, ומעבד מידע לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלו. איננו מקבלים את המידע הזה.
Requests go directly from your device. Each service sees your IP address and the app's name and version, as with any internet request, and handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive this data.

5. הטלפון, הטלוויזיה והרשת הביתיתPhone, TV and your home network
- שלט מהטלפון ותצוגת מסך: טלפון מצומד (בסריקת QR מהטלוויזיה, דרך סורק הקודים של Google Play services, בלי הרשאת מצלמה) שולט בטלוויזיה ברשת המקומית. הטלוויזיה לא משתפת עם הטלפון את רשימות הצ'אטים הפרטיים, "ההודעות השמורות" או הצ'אטים הסודיים; בתצוגת המסך בשלט מוצג מה שעל מסך הטלוויזיה, אבל ניגון של פריט פרטי לא מוצג.
- "מהטלפון שלכם": אפשר להקליד בטלפון מפתח רישיון או רשימת ערוצים ולשלוח לטלוויזיה דרך דף מקומי ברשת הביתית, שמוגן בקוד חד-פעמי שמוצג על המסך.
- התקנה על הטלוויזיה: הטלפון מוצא טלוויזיות ברשת (mDNS ו-Cast), מצמד אותן בניפוי באגים אלחוטי בקוד בן 6 ספרות שאתם מקלידים (הקוד לא נשמר), מוריד את הגרסה המתאימה מ-GitHub, מתקין ופותח. הטלפון מעביר לטלוויזיה את מפתח הרישיון שלו, והטלוויזיה מפעילה אותו מול PWFAuth עם מזהה משלה. כדי לחבר את הטלוויזיה לטלגרם, הטלוויזיה מעבירה לטלפון רק את אסימון ה-QR של ההתחברות, והטלפון מאשר אותו בחשבון שלכם; קוד, סיסמה או מפתח סשן לא עוברים ביניהם.
- גילוי ברשת: הטלוויזיה מכריזה על עצמה ברשת המקומית עם שם המכשיר ומזהה, כדי שהטלפון ימצא אותה.
- אפליקציות אחרות: אפשר לנגן סרט בנגן חיצוני; הוא מוזרם אליו מהמכשיר עצמו. העוזר הקולי של אנדרואיד וקישורי seretgram:// יכולים להפעיל ניגון. אפליקציות שמבקשות לקבל תשובה, כמו Touchless, מקבלות גישה רק אחרי אישורכם.
- חיפוש קולי: מתבצע בשירות זיהוי הדיבור של המכשיר (למשל של Google), שמחזיר טקסט; סרט גרם לא מבקשת הרשאת מיקרופון.
- Phone remote and screen view: a paired phone (paired by scanning a QR code on the TV with Google Play services' code scanner, without the camera permission) controls the TV over your local network. The TV does not share lists of your private chats, Saved Messages or secret chats with the phone; the remote's screen view shows what is on the TV screen, but playback of a private item is not shown.
- "From your phone": you can type a licence key or a channel playlist on your phone and send it to the TV through a local page on your home network, protected by a one-time code shown on the screen.
- Install on a TV: the phone finds TVs on the network (mDNS and Cast), pairs over Wireless debugging with the 6-digit code you type (the code is not stored), downloads the matching build from GitHub, installs and opens it. The phone passes its licence key to the TV, which activates it with PWFAuth under its own identifier. To sign the TV into Telegram, the TV gives the phone only its sign-in QR token and the phone approves it in your account; no code, password or session key passes between them.
- Network discovery: the TV announces itself on the local network with the device name and an ID, so the phone can find it.
- Other apps: you can play a film in an external player; it is streamed to it from the device itself. The Android assistant and seretgram:// links can start playback. Apps that want a reply back, such as Touchless, get access only after you approve.
- Voice search: handled by the device's speech-recognition service (for example Google's), which returns text; SeretGram does not request the microphone permission.

- Foreground service (media playback and sync), notifications, wake lock – playback, the first library load and update notices.
- Write TV home-screen programmes – the Continue Watching row.
- Install apps and updates – SeretGram updating itself.
- Display over other apps – returning to the player.
7. רכישה, ניסיון ותמיכהPurchases, trial and support
התשלום מתבצע ב-PayPal ומעובד על ידה; איננו מקבלים את פרטי כרטיס האשראי. בקשת ניסיון חינם, קבלות ופניות נשלחות על ידיכם בטלגרם. אנו מקבלים את הפרטים ש-PayPal מוסרת למוכר (שם, דוא"ל, סכום, מזהה עסקה) ואת מה ששלחתם לנו, ומשתמשים בהם להנפקת המפתח, לתמיכה, להחזרים ולחובות החשבונאיות.
Payment is made through PayPal, which processes it; we never receive your card details. Free-trial requests, receipts and questions are sent by you on Telegram. We receive the details PayPal gives the seller (name, email, amount, transaction ID) and what you send us, and use them to issue your key, for support, refunds and accounting duties.
8. מטרות השימוש ובסיס חוקיPurposes and legal bases
אנו משתמשים במידע רק למטרות שלהלן, ולא מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים מידע אישי לצד שלישי לשיווק או לפרסום. המשתמשים באיחוד האירופי, באזור הכלכלי האירופי ובבריטניה: לצד כל מטרה מצוין הבסיס החוקי לפי סעיף 6 ל-GDPR.
We use information only for the purposes below, and we do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for marketing or advertising. For users in the EU, EEA and UK, the legal basis under Article 6 GDPR is shown next to each purpose.

11. העברת מידע מחוץ לישראלInternational transfers
אנו פועלים מישראל. ספקי השירות שלנו (למשל PayPal, טלגרם, Cloudflare ו-GitHub) עשויים לעבד מידע בשרתים בארצות הברית, באיחוד האירופי או במדינות אחרות. מידע מועבר מחוץ לישראל בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס"א-2001. לגבי משתמשים באיחוד האירופי: הנציבות האירופית קבעה שישראל מעניקה רמת הגנה נאותה למידע אישי, והעברות הלאה מתבצעות על בסיס מנגנונים מוכרים, כגון החלטות הלימות או סעיפים חוזיים תקניים (SCC) של הספקים.
We operate from Israel. Our providers (for example PayPal, Telegram, Cloudflare and GitHub) may process data on servers in the United States, the EU or elsewhere. Transfers out of Israel follow the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001. For EU users: the European Commission has recognised Israel as providing an adequate level of protection, and onward transfers rely on recognised mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. הזכויות שלכםYour rights
בכפוף לדין החל עליכם, יש לכם זכות:
Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- לעיין במידע שמוחזק עליכם ולקבל עותק שלו (סעיף 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות; סעיף 15 ל-GDPR);
- לתקן מידע שגוי, לא שלם או לא מעודכן (סעיף 14 לחוק; סעיף 16 ל-GDPR);
- למחוק מידע, כאשר אין חובה או צורך לגיטימי להמשיך להחזיקו (סעיף 17 ל-GDPR);
- להגביל עיבוד, להתנגד לעיבוד המבוסס על אינטרס לגיטימי, ולקבל את המידע בפורמט נייד (סעיפים 18, 20 ו-21 ל-GDPR);
- לבטל הסכמה בכל עת, כאשר העיבוד מבוסס על הסכמה, בלי לפגוע בחוקיות העיבוד שלפני הביטול;
- להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים (gov.il) או לרשות הפיקוח על הגנת מידע במדינתכם באיחוד האירופי.
- תושבי מדינות בארצות הברית שבהן חלים חוקי פרטיות (כגון קליפורניה) רשאים לבקש לדעת, לתקן ולמחוק מידע, ולא יופלו לרעה בשל מימוש זכויותיהם.
- access the data we hold about you and get a copy (section 13 of the Israeli Privacy Law; Article 15 GDPR);
- correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data (section 14; Article 16 GDPR);
- erase data where we have no legal duty or legitimate need to keep it (Article 17 GDPR);
- restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive your data in a portable format (Articles 18, 20 and 21 GDPR);
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing before the withdrawal;
- complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (gov.il) or to your EU data-protection supervisory authority.
- Residents of US states with privacy laws (such as California) may ask to know, correct and delete their personal information, and will not be discriminated against for doing so.
כדי לממש זכות, פנו אלינו בדוא"ל il90il90@gmail.com. ייתכן שנבקש פרטים סבירים לאימות זהותכם (למשל מפתח הרישיון או פרטי התשלום) לפני מסירת מידע או מחיקתו. רוב המידע של האפליקציה נשמר אצלכם במכשיר בלבד, ואתם יכולים למחוק אותו בעצמכם בכל רגע דרך ההגדרות של אנדרואיד ("ניקוי נתונים") או בהסרת האפליקציה.
To exercise a right, email il90il90@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable details to verify your identity (for example your licence key or payment details) before we hand over or delete data. Most of the app's data lives only on your device, and you can delete it yourself at any time from Android settings ("Clear data") or by uninstalling the app.
13. ילדיםChildren
האפליקציה והרכישה מיועדות לבגירים (מגיל 18) ואינן מכוונות לילדים. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים מתחת לגיל 16. אם נודע לכם שילד מסר לנו מידע, פנו אלינו ונמחק אותו.
The app and its purchase are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. אבטחת מידעSecurity
אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים ומקובלים להגנה על המידע, בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017: הצפנה בתעבורה (HTTPS/TLS), צמצום המידע שנאסף למינימום הנדרש, הגבלת הגישה למידע לנו בלבד, ושמירת רוב המידע במכשיר שלכם. מסד הנתונים של טלגרם מוצפן במפתח של מערכת ההפעלה, הצימוד לטלפון מוגן, ותקשורת הרישוי מוצפנת וחתומה. עם זאת, אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין. אם יתרחש אירוע אבטחה חמור הנוגע למידע שלכם, נודיע לרשות להגנת הפרטיות ולכם ככל שהדין מחייב.
We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), collecting only the minimum we need, limiting access to ourselves, and keeping most data on your own device. The Telegram database is encrypted with an operating-system key, phone pairing is protected, and licensing traffic is encrypted and signed. No system is completely secure, though. If a serious security incident affects your data, we will notify the Privacy Protection Authority and you as the law requires.
15. שינוייםChanges
אנו עשויים לעדכן את מדיניות זו כאשר האפליקציה או הדין משתנים. התאריך שבראש הדף יעודכן, ועל שינוי מהותי נודיע מראש באתר, בערוץ העדכונים או באפליקציה. המשך השימוש אחרי שהשינוי נכנס לתוקף מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן; אם אינכם מסכימים, תוכלו להפסיק את השימוש ולמחוק את המידע כמתואר לעיל.
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The date at the top will change, and for material changes we will give advance notice on the website, in the release notes or in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated version; if you don't, you can stop using the app and delete your data as described above.
נוסח זה מתפרסם בעברית ובאנגלית ושני הנוסחים מחייבים במידה שווה. במקרה של סתירה ביניהם יחול הנוסח המיטיב עם המשתמש.
This document is published in Hebrew and English, and both versions are equally binding. If they conflict, the version more favourable to the user applies.
